 I heart Boobies Lawsuit 

Pa. School middle school girls sue over 'I heart boobies' bracelet ban. The American Civil Liberties Union believes the lawsuit is the first in the country over a school’s ban on the $4 bracelets, which are designed to raise breast-cancer awareness among young people. The rubber jewelry has become wildly popular among students, prompting bans across the country.

School officials in Easton argue that the slogan is distracting and demeaning, and that some staff feel it trivializes a serious illness.  Read more

Write-in candidate Sen. Lisa Murkowski is apparent winner in Alaska , which would mean first win by a write-in Canidate in 50 years for the Senate.  Joe Miller , the Republican Candidate , says he will call for recount.   

Crime   

sdNorth Carolina - Father of Zhara Baker , who police say was killed and dismembered. Her Father said to a local tv station. There's no way I would do that to my baby," Adam Baker ,Said. "There's no way in the world I would hurt my daughter."

 He stayed away from the vigil  Tuesday Night.
