      GM ,which  has been getting  reports about fire risks of their electric car. GM says they will be offering fixes to the Volt owners for the coolant leaks that could cause fires.

      Chrysler is now 58.5% owned by Fiat  
           After the 2009 bail-outs of Chrysler ,which allowed Fiat to buy part of it. Fiat is now expanding it's ownership of the automaker.

Toyota Hybrids sell passes 3million

    Toyota (TM)  's popular Electric-gas powered cars have surpassed the 3million in sells. The Prius was first sold in Japan in 1997 and came to the United States in 2001. Though other car companies have their own hybrids it looks like Toyota's is the most popular. With high gas prices reaching up again  close to $400 a gallon expect more sales of the car.
